Results of hard work and dreams

Day......
I have found that I do not have the time required to blog every day. Sorry. Well, not for you, for me. Mainly because it is a goal that I just cannot accomplish at this time in my life. I still find things to be thankful for everyday, I just don't have the time to post them on here!!

But for today, I am thankful that we are finally seeing results of hard work!!

My husband's winter project of building a chicken coop from scrap wood (from the building of our house) is almost complete!!!! It really is more like a chicken mansion, but who am I to judge?? The chickens will have plenty of room and I am impressed that it has worked out like it has. Our chicks are coming next week and we are super excited!!!!

We have been attending Beekeeping classes in the hopes of becoming beekeepers soon!!! We picked up our first Hive today and will be getting bees next week!!!! So, we are on our way.....we are so very excited to be doing this. It has been a dream of my husband's for quite some time!! =)

Next on the list of things to do/get is goats!! Ha!! My hubby will make a country girl out of me yet!!

Day 35: Health

Day 35: Today I am thankful for my health. Well, my overall health anyway.....

I have bronchitis and it is terrible. I have never had it before and it is kicking my butt!!! I am not a smoker (which was the doctor's first question...?....) but somehow my bronchial tubes or whatever are rattling, and I cannot stop coughing without this awful medicine the doctor prescribed. And when I say awful, I mean, nastiest,eye watering, makesmewanttoheave awful!!!! But when I take it, I do not cough. Simple as that. 

I can't imagine what those who suffer with lung issues go through every day!! It is a terrible feeling to think you can't get air.

I am thankful that this is not a regular sickness for me.
